Shipping and Returns


We ship just about anywhere in the world (provided a valid address) via USPS or DHL. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery times for you. If you would like to inquire about shipping costs, please call 603-491-9463.

All return requests are subject to the strict enforcement of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

We do offer free shipping for orders over $300 in the United States.

Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return or exchange if:

  • It does not match the original invoice.
  • The product hasn’t been used an is still in its original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged in-transit product, which must be accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged product and shipping box

A product is not eligible for return or exchange if:

  • It was part of a one-time sale or promotional items, which result in final sales.
  • Bulk orders*
  • Incomplete, partial, or used product.
  • Product is not in its original packaging and delivery box

More details:

  • Unless JuiceBoxes damaged the package, the Company has NO responsibility for the return shipping costs or a refund in the event a return package is lost or stolen.
  • Any refund is subject to a review by JuiceBoxes to determine if the product is returnable, damaged or defective, as set out in these terms.
  • If we (JuiceBoxes) choose not to accept the return, we will provide notice promptly via email.

Cancellation Eligibility

A full refund is available if the customer cancels the order within 24 hours.

If an order can’t be fulfilled, we will refund immediately.

Return Time Details

Following the guidelines above, you may return an items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Expect to receive your refund within four weeks submission to the return shipper. Ideally, and in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. Here’s  breakdown of the time associated with a return (average times; use +- 3 days for accurate range):

  • Transit time for us to receive your return : 7 business days
  • Time to process your return once we receive it: 4 business days
  • Time it takes your bank to process our refund request: 7 days

We will follow up with details on how to return your order. Generally you will have to fill out a Return Material Authorization Form, which one of our reps will send to you.
